Latest set of features and updates have been added to SutiHR’s recruitment module. We present the new updates in this post.
- The Global Search field has been added in the Resume Search page. Global search field helps HR admin search records with any test that matches Candidate’s Resume Code, First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Contact, Technical Skills, Address, City, State, Country, Pin code, Source of resume, Status, Resume Content, Course, or Specialization.
- HR administrator can send an email to the candidate while rejecting his/her profile.
- Candidates Applied, Offers Sent, Offers Approved, and Offers Rejected fields have been added to Requisition Details Report.
- Resume Search has been enhanced. Course and Specialization search fields have been added to it.
- HR administrators can send documents to the applicants requesting them to send some more details during the hiring process.
- Whenever a candidate applies for a job through the job portal, the application automatically sends an email notification to the selected employees.
- Job Offer Details report can be generated based on the selected dates.
- The Hiring pipeline has been changed. Shortlisted stage in Hiring Pipeline has been changed to Selected/On Hold. In this stage, HR admin can send the job offer for approval, and only the approved job offers can be sent to the candidate.
- Date Filter has been added in the Interview Schedule Report. HR administrators can now search interview schedule reports between the selected dates.
- Candidate profile can be kept on hold after completing the interview process.
- Earlier, editing of an approved requisition was restricted. But, with the new functionality HR administrator can clone the requisition, make necessary changes and send it for approval.
