Several new features have been added to the software that drives performance and streamlines crucial tasks for managing the workforce.
Here we list a few of them.
HR administrators can now select multiple departments at once when generating the Employee Master Report.
Managers have an option to resend a completed review for a particular employee(s) if required. This option is made available only when Resend Reviews is enabled under Performance in My Team section on Roles & Permissions page.
The print option has been added to the action column on the Completed Reviews page. This option allows HR administrators to download a review form without an employee’s photo and time stamp.
HR managers can now send new hire information form to the candidate(s) who are in the Staging stage of the hiring pipeline.
The application allows HR managers to download all documents that are uploaded by the candidates along with the job application form.
HR managers are provided with an option to select default approvers or the requisition approvers when sending an offer letter for approval. The offer letter approval process can be defined in the business unit settings.
Employees (panel members) can now view the feedback details given to a candidate for the previous 30 days, including the current day.
Managers and employees have an option to add/view comments to the goals that are already created.
The solution allows HR administrators to add an image when creating an event type. These images are displayed on the calendar for the respective events.
EEOC tab in now made available only for the employees who have the privilege. Employees can view and/or edit EEOC details based on the privileges given to them.
HR administrators are provided with an option to restrict users (employees and managers) to view the documents when uploading them to an employee through the personnel module.
The solution allows HR managers to attach eSign and non-eSign documents when sending new hire information form to a candidate.
Notifications are displayed on HR managers’ dashboard when a candidate submits the new hire information form.
HR administrators have an option to restrict interview panel members to view the feedback provided by the other panel members.
Search section has been added to the Goal Library page. It helps HR administrators to search and view the list of goals as required quickly. They can search for a particular goal with the name or with the status of the goal.
