Here is a round-up of the latest updates to SutiHR, our online human resource software platform.
- Displaying the list of certificate expiration notifications on Personnel dashboard
- HR admin can now create Rate Change request on behalf of any employee
- Displaying an employee’s shift on his/her attendance pop-up.
- Once an employee fills in timesheet, he/she can clear the timesheet using Clear Timesheet button.
- Displaying holiday hours in an employee’s timesheet pop-up.
- Displaying Total Worked Hours, Holiday Hours, and Total Paid Hours in an employee’s timesheet pop-up.
- Added an option ‘Accrue time off balance for overtime also’ while configuring a new time off range.
- HR admin can now view an employee’s accrual balance from the starting of the year through the year end.
- A salaried employee whose attendance type is auto-filled need not clock in/out as his/her timesheet is populated automatically.
- Employees can export Benefits and Deductions Log report for a particular pay period.
- HR admin can export the Benefits and Deductions Log report for a particular pay period for all employees.
- The HSA and 401K contributions are now displayed in the Benefits and Deductions Log report.
- When unit admin selects TRAXPayroll to be the payroll engine, the Plan Code field while configuring a new benefit plan is made mandatory.
- Employees can now carry forward their self contribution amount towards 401K plan for the next pay period.
- HR admin can now import employee contact details
- User Interface (UI) of SutiHR has been enhanced.
- Users can now create unit wise subdomain. If the subdomain is not provided by default company subdomain will be created
- Based on the unit pay period dates timesheet pop-ups will be displayed.
- ‘View Appraisal’ icon has been added under Actions in Summarize and Close Reviews tab
- Based on the time off configurations made by HR administrator, employees can now apply only for rolled over time off balance
- Time off balance will be accrued every month on employee’s joining date
