Here is a roundup of the latest updates to SutiHR, our online human resource software solution:
- Events can be created specifically for employees and reporting persons. These events will be displayed on the employee’s dashboard
- Company News Type can now be customized as required by your business
- Probation Performance Schedule has been added in Unit General Settings. Based on the selected criteria probation review form will be sent to the employee(s)
- Employees can now easily access the assigned document by clicking the link provided in the document assigned mail notification
- Requisition details report now includes interview completed column
- Timesheet approval log details are showed in the employee timesheet pop-up when the timesheets are sent for approval/rejected/resubmitted/approved. Approver details and at what time the action is performed on employee timesheets is also captured
- Interview schedule letter now includes the email subject
- Panel members now have an option to add comments while accepting or rejecting an interview schedule/reschedule. These comments are displayed on panel members’ availability status pop-up
- Requisition delete notifications are displayed on the Recruitment Dashboard
- The latest version helps HR admin easily update the hiring status of a resume
- ‘To’ field has been added to candidate rejection letter
- Training renewal notifications will be sent to the employees once their training is completed
- When you navigate through Menu or Hiring Pipeline, Resumes page now displays resumes with all statuses
