We have added new features and made some improvements to our latest version of SutiHR 7.6.11

The new features that have been added to this version are:

  • HR administrators have the flexibility to bypass the approval processes for time off requests without notifying the approvers.

  • Approvers now have an option to submit their comments when approving an offer letter.

  • A Search option has been added to the Job Title field on the requisition page. This option is also made available for Department and Employee columns under the Approvals section.

  • An option to submit clock out times for the previous day has been added. Employees who have not entered a clock out time for the previous day can now update their previous day clock out and submit clock in for the current day.

  • This privilege is available only when ‘Allow employees to update previous day clock out’ option is enabled at the unit admin level.

  • Header values are necessary when importing a timesheet into the application. With the AMG type, HR administrators have the flexibility to import timesheets without the header values.

  • The application provides an option for HR administrators to clone a resume and make necessary changes to it.

  • ACA reports have been added to the reports module. The organizations that employ 50 or more full-time employees and offer group health insurance or provide their own health insurance are now required to submit IRS Form 1094c/1095c in compliance with the ACA.

  • The ACA report is intended to assist an employer determining employee health care coverage eligibility as defined by ACA. The data helps organizations remain in compliance with ACA standards and avoid penalties.

  • ACA report will be available only when it is enabled at the unit admin level.

  • Employees can now view their ACA details in their profile. Navigation: MY HR | Profile | ACA Details.

  • View ACA Report and Edit ACA Report options have been added to ACA Report on employees Role & Permissions page.

  • HR administrators can now restrict users who have privileges to Reports module to view/edit the ACA reports. Based on the privileges given by the HR admin the ACA report will be made available to the users.

  • Label name “HR Flag” has been changed to “Receive HR Admin related email notifications” on employee’s roles and privileges page.

  • HR administrators now have the flexibility to adjust employees’ time off for a fraction of days.

  • Certificate expiration date is now an optional field when adding employee’s certificate details.

  • HR administrators now have the flexibility to select the person(s) (HR manager or Requested by) who should get notified when an applicant applies for a job through the job portal.
