Pre-defined templates in SutiInvoice make invoice creation simple. An invoice can be generated by simply filling in the invoice details. Customers can make payments online or by using traditional payment methods. With the online payment option, customers can be ensured that payment discounts are awarded. The currency converter allows customers to use the solution with all currencies.
Users can input their customer info, Tax Options, Payment Terms, and Chart of Account details. Using pre-defined templates, invoices can be generated and sent to customers effortlessly. The solution allows users to automatically set up Recurring Invoices to be sent out to customers based on their schedule and billing cycles. Automated email notifications can be sent to customers informing them of outstanding invoices. Customers can pay either by using traditional payment options such as cash or check, or online using their PayPal, Google, or Authorize.net accounts. Details of payments received online are automatically reflected in the solution. For traditional payment methods, details of payments received can be updated in the solution to show a paid status. After a payment is received, invoice statements can be sent to a customer's mobile device using SMS.
