The release includes features such as support for additional product line coding; dynamic project and client code creation and customize options for expense categories. Cross Company Approvals

View & Approve expense reports sent for your approval across various Parent and Child companies.

Expense Level Additional Codes

Additional codes such as client, project and product lines can be assigned at the time of expense creation. A default code can also be attached to each user so the code is populated when creating expense reports.

Dynamic Client/Project Codes

Client/Project codes can be dynamically created for expense reports throughout the process. This option can be enabled or disabled through the admin console.

Customizing Categories

Expense categories can be customized to meet your company’s requirements. The administrator can define the fields and validation for each category.

Fish Eye Customization

Customize the order in which expense categories appear.

Direct Access

Select the page you wish to view immediately after logging in to SutiExpense.

Easy Navigation

Users can easily navigate through various features using the easy access menu which appears in the top menu.
