    SutiSoft Announces New Enhancements for SutiExpense, its Web Based Expense Management Solution

This release simplifies the process of managing employee expense reports.

    New Feature Include

    Tax Import

    Taxes and Foreign Exchange Fees associated with Corporate Card data feeds are automatically populated into expense reports. The tax amounts follow company defined rules.

    Auto Expense Report Generation

    Automatically generate expense reports using receipts. Receipts can be emailed, scanned, or taken from a mobile phone. Receipts are scanned using OCR and proprietary logic to automatically extract, populate, and categorize expense line items on the expense report.

    Re-Categorization

    Expense categories can be re-assigned as needed prior to submission. Items from corporate or credit card can be easily re-assigned. Any data from the original category will be auto-populated in the new category to eliminate data entry.
