The new release provides additional customization options and an option to search for requests and templates in SutiSign.
The new features enable companies to enforce multiple signing methods for getting documents signed electronically with added security. The different signing options available in SutiSign include:
Static signature signing requires users to upload their signature in a common image format. The signature is stored securely in the user’s profile as their signature template. During the signing process, the user’s signature is captured and compared to the pre-enrolled template. The signatures are analyzed and compared based on various criteria providing an accuracy score. Based on the configurable similarity settings used for each company, the signature will be authenticated or rejected.
Dynamic signature signing works by capturing a person’s signature during enrollment through a touchpad or smartphone device. During the capture process, SutiSoft identifies and captures a number of minutiae characteristics of the signature. During the signing process, these characteristics are compared against the enrolled templates and an accuracy score is provided to determine authenticity.
The solution provides options to generate multiple signature styles by typing their name and selecting a style.
Fingerprint authentication can be used to secure the most sensitive business data. In this process, the system extracts minutiae points from the user’s fingerprint during enrollment and verifies them again during the signing process for authentication. A fingerprint reader would be utilized for this process.
Fingerprint authentication can be used in conjunction with the above three signing methods.
