The latest version of SutiHR has been further upgraded to add additional functionality to provide enhanced communication and visibility across the organization.
In addition to email notifications, users now also have the option to receive notifications through SMS, enabling faster communication among employees. Notifications for time off requests, appraisals, and changes in job roles can be sent via SMS.
The functionality allows the HR administrator to have access to the specific skill sets of each individual employee. When a manager or team leader needs a specific skill on an ad hoc basis, the HR administrator can assign accordingly.
Managers and team leads will get periodic updates on time and attendance details of their teams, keeping them up to date on hours worked.
SutiHR gives HR administrators the flexibility to customize fields needed for the organization.
