New Features to Address Diverse and Growing Needs of HR Management

The advanced features help businesses optimize talent management and respond to changing workforce needs.

Some of the latest features include:

Personnel:

• HR administrators can now upload documents that are sent by candidates under the employment details area of personnel records
• The benefits documents tab in personnel enables employees to view documents specific to benefits that are uploaded through the documents module

Time Management:

• Time off balance is now calculated monthly pro-rata based on experience
• In the year of joining, the time off balance is prorated based on the hire date of an employee

Payroll:

• For salaried employees, HR administrators can set a flat paid hours for a particular pay period. The total worked hours will be balanced to the flat paid hours when an employee’s worked hours exceed the defined hours
• In payroll, worked hours of a salaried employee can be calculated based on the flat paid hours
