New Features within SutiHR’s Recruitment Module Boost Hiring Efficiency

Some new features include

• The solution displays the previous status of all candidates who were archived in the hiring process. It helps HR Administrators quickly find which stage the candidates were archived from
• HR Administrators can define whether the Pre-Onboarding stage within the Hiring Pipeline should be displayed for a specific employee or not
• When creating a new requisition, HR Administrators can set the open positions to ‘Unlimited’ if needed
• The Applicant History option was added to resumes. Helping HR Administrators quickly view whether an applicant has previously applied for another position, whether rejected or made it into the next interview stage
• The solution automatically sends an email notification to HR Administrators when a position is filled
• The solution allows HR Administrators to customize the interview schedule emails when scheduling/rescheduling an interview
• The solution automatically sends email notifications to selected persons when a candidate submits the confirmation for an interview
• The solution automatically sends notifications to the selected persons when a duplicate profile is identified
• The Withdraw Candidate option was added to all stages in the Hiring Pipeline. HR Administrators can now withdraw a candidate at any stage of the hiring process if required
• HR Administrators can customize the job portal fields, jobs order, and colors for a company and business unit as required
• HR Administrators can now shortlist/reject candidates through the job application email without logging in to the solution
