The latest features make it easy to manage candidates and interviewers for all requisitions to deliver the best hiring experience.
The solution also helps HR managers create probation periods and assign the appropriate probation period to each employee(s). Notifications regarding probation dates and reviews are sent in advance to all stakeholders.

Recruitment:

• The interview availability confirmation email is sent to candidates prior to scheduling an interview. Once a candidate confirms availability, the HR manager or recruiter can schedule the interview
• Employees who have privileges to the recruitment module can now add notes to a resume. These notes are made available in the personnel record. The solution allows HR managers to add external interview panel members when scheduling an interview. An email notification will be sent to the external panel members which includes the interview schedule details
• SutiHR allows HR managers to add multiple recruiters when creating a new requisition
• HR managers can tag multiple documents to an existing document in the document library. Document tagging helps HR managers send multiple documents to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• HR managers can now schedule interviews for multiple candidates using the bulk scheduling feature

Performance:

• Based on the setups, notifications regarding the probation review will be sent to employees, managers, and HR administrators prior to the probation end date
• HR managers can now assign a review form to multiple employees at once
• The review process flow diagram helps users easily understand the progress of a review throughout the process
