• The session timer on performance review forms alerts users about the time left to complete the review. It also allows users to restart the session if needed.

Reject Review:

• Options to allow employees to reject a performance review after the in-person review meeting stage is completed can be enabled.

Start Review through Email:

• The Start Review button in the performance review email helps users quickly navigate to the solution and start filling their review form

Assign Goals to Multiple Employees:

• THR Administrators can assign a goal, either business/departmental, to multiple employees within a business unit. The overall progress of the goal is the collective achievement of all employees

Allow Employees to Add KPIs:

• When creating a new goal or editing an existing goal, the goal owner has the option to allow employees to add KPIs if needed

Import Goals:

• HR Administrators can import goals and make any necessary changes
