Time Management:

• The integration of geofencing with SutiHR allows HR administrators to define geographical locations to limit where an employee is allowed to clock-in/out. HR administrators can define multiple locations and assign them to employees. When an employee clocks inthrough a smartphone, utilizing global positioning system (GPS), the solution can accept or reject functions based on actual and current positions of the device (employee) in real time
• The geofencing functionality allows employees to view the location from where they have submitted the clock-in/out on a specific day
• When applying for a part time off, the solution allows employees to exclude lunch hours from time off hours

Training:

• When assigning attendees to a training schedule, the application allows HR administrators to select employees of various departments at once
• HR administrators can now view the changes made to a course schedule along with the date and time
• When scheduling a training course, materials are attached to a specific course are displayed
