• Automatic email notifications are sent to all key stakeholders about the review process
• Employees can view manager feedback and take appropriate action. When creating 360 Degree reviews, the solution provides options for HR managers to restrict an employee’s view to peer comments and feedback
• When creating Top Down reviews, the solution provides options for HR managers to allow employees to provide their assessment once the manager(s) completes the review. Options to view or hide the managers’ assessment are also available. The solution provides options for HR managers to allow employees to view manager assessment and provide feedback

Goal Management:

• When adding a KPI to a goal, if defined as smart, the solution automatically calculates the goal progress based on the specified target value and achieved value
• When creating new goals for an employee, managers can now align that individual goal to an existing business or department goal
